Our cottage has been recently renovated with all appliances, fixtures, and furniture brand new. It located on the backend of the property towards the end of the driveway and is located on a very quiet street. Parking is on-street parking, the driveway is for the main house.

The sofa is memory foam and opens up to California King. Outdoor space and off street parking for two vehicles. Unlike other studios, this unit also has its own on demand hot water source and it's own HVAC allow you to control your own room temp. Pets welcome with approval. Don't miss this amazing value stay.
