Vakantiewoningen met ontbijt in Butte County

The drive to their oasis was lovely, past the park with its green dells and hiking trails. The water feature that Josh designed and built (pond and circulating river) is charming (and soothing sound helps to screen noise from nearby somewhat busy road).

Carolyn and Julio were great! When I arrived, Julio greeted me and showed me the tiny house. It was quaint, adorable, and welcoming. The surrounding area was more beautiful than I thought it would be. I walked the grounds and met the animals. I wanted a quiet, peaceful trip, and that is precisely what I got. Thank you!

Jeanne & her husband Bruce are the dearest of couples. We especially enjoyed chatting with them a bit at breakfast time each day, focusing on days gone by (I enjoy family history) and life in general. Jeanne was generally the one up first, already in the kitchen before we got up, waiting with her big smile and clever funny comments. Of course, they would have kept to themselves but we encouraged conversation, especially considering they felt like good old friends or neighbors. They also politely inquired about our day each evening - always thoughtful. We thank them both for sharing their home and themselves.

It's a beautiful place between Paradise and Chico in a hilltop with a great view! We enjoyed our stay. Carolyn was very friendly and helpful.

Chelsea was very friendly and helpful. The house was just what we wanted, cozy, cute, made you feel at home. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb and it didn’t disappoint.

Really enjoyed our recent two-night stay at Anne and Salim’s place. It was quiet and peaceful - very restful. We also enjoyed dinner both nights at Cafe Collage, a lovely little restaurant on the property. Salim is the proprietor and chef, and the restaurant felt like an extension of the home. Salim was very gracious throughout, including providing delicious local baked goods Saturday morning. We would happily stay again!

We waren op zoek naar stilte en rust. Dat hebben we bij Max en Meela gevonden. Wat een pracht van natuur rondom hun huis. Er waren Pauwen, kippen en twee lieve honden. Heel fijn dat we hun keuken en specerijen konden gebruiken. En het dek was een ideale plek om van de stilte te genieten. Wel fijn dat er geweldige wifi was. Dat maakte onze zoektocht in de omgeving makkelijk. Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid!!

In town for a wedding and this was an affordable and easy place to be (less than 5 minutes away from each of the few places we needed to be - but folks say all of Chico is 5 minutes away!). We'll be back whenever we visit the area again.

I feel so fortunate to have stayed at Sally's over the Easter weekend. She is truly the Super Host. Her house is a home filled with good energy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
