It's rare to find a place that's both historic and modern. It has been my dream to renovate the unique and private barn at our Grade 2 family home and finally it has happened! I would love to share it with you. Ours is one of the oldest houses in Buxton dating back to the seventeenth century and was once a coaching stop on the medieval road to London. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.
