Beautiful Airbnb.. very warm and welcoming staff and the rooms are so clean and tasteful. Just a minute to the beach and The Rock restaurant which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed the novelty. We would highly recommend this great spot in Pingwe,

we stayed here for a month. using it as a base while doing a couple of nights away to explore the island. every time we came back it felt like coming home. the location was peaceful but with enough local restaurants/stores/amenities all in walking distance. Ovi was excellent with communication and a great help with anything we needed. the views were incredible! the pace in this part of Jambiani was exactly what we were looking for. I can't recommend this stay enough.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt äußerst genossen. Die Lage war atemberaubend und OVI war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte mir bei jeder Frage behilflich sein. Gerne komme ich wieder, die Unterkunft kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Amina und Ovi war absolut fantastisch. Die beiden sind hervorragende Hosts, die uns unseren Urlaub verschönert haben. Wir bekamen Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und tolle Restaurants. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen und sie waren super hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist ein absolutes Juwel. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und jedem einen Aufenthalt dort empfehlen. Ganz liebe Grüße

We really enjoyed our stay. Big windows letting in loads of light and right on top of the beach with the extra added bonus of being able to use the hotel facilities attached to the property, as its part of the hotel complex. Alex, the liason was very helpful and friendly. There are only two things I would mention that I personally believe would improve this Air BnB and they are - 1 - A TV for those chill nights in. 2 - A Microwave. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.

Ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Jambiani sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. OVI war immer erreichbar und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir haben uns seit dem ersten Tag wie Zuhause gefühlt. Danke für diesen wundervollen Urlaub!

Ubytováni byli opravdu jako na fotkách. Pár kroků na pláž. V Jambiani musíte počítat s velkým odlivem, takže koupání lze spíše až odpoledne, ale to jsme věděli. Majitel nám poslal tipy kde se najít a jak se podívat. Procestovali jsme celý ostrov a určitě bychom se vrátili jelikož místo nebylo až tolik turistické jako na severu, což nám vyhovovalo. Pokud bychom se vrátili, raději bychom zaplatili za bungalov blíže k moři a dál od příjezdové cesty. Jelikož Bungalov nemá okna tak bohužel cítíte jako by Vám za hlavou jezdili auta a motorky atd.. dvě noci byli opravdu utrpení, kdy se dalo spát až po 4 ráno. Ale tohle je věc kterou bohužel nelze ovlivnit. A ubytování se nám opravdu líbilo. Jen počítat s tím, že není vhodné pro někoho kdo má rad klid na spaní.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Comfortable, cosy, super clean, and very nicely decorated. We felt right at home and the host made the check in super easy! Beautiful compound with lagoon pool and many facilities, a short walk from Paje beach. A couple of supermarkets and restaurants just outside the compound on the main street of Paje. I’m definitely coming back !

Ernst ist ein sehr guter Gatsgeber . Er reagiert sofort und Hilft immer .Alles ist sehr gut Organisiert.Die Hilfe vor Ort hat er sehr gut geregelt. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da.Vielleicht mal über ein Notstromaggregat nachdenken......Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand , nur wenige Schritte zum Meer.Absolut Ruhige Lage.Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort.

Gorgeous house right on the beach. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The sound of the wave is always with you. The helpers and chef are very helpful and kind. Michelle is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

We loved our stay at Michael's place - the house is beautiful and exactly as described. The location is amazing and right on the beach and having a private pool as well as the shared pools was perfect with kids. Michael was very responsive before we arrived and Ania was helpful and friendly at check in and during our stay. They were also very flexible with the check in and check out times which we really appreciated. Ali was also great and helped us getting water and bits we needed for the kids.

This stay sort of reminded me of high end Serengeti camping, but on the Indian Ocean. Opening the double front doors I had a magnificent view for my yoga mat and meditation stool. A Maasai warrior brought beautifully plated meals right to the door. I was there during the rains, quite a few insects, but magnificent storm clouds over the sea.

Un séjour parfait dans la maison de Weyni a Jambiani. Parti a 7 en famille, nous avons apprécié d'être au coeur du village pour s'imprégner de la vie locale mais également d'être dans une réelle proximité de la plage. L'emplacement est parfait. Weyni est une hôte qui m'a accompagné et a communiqué dès la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Elle est très réactive et a toujours répondu avec gentillesse a nos demandes. Je remercie sincèrement Weyni et j'espère revenir dans sa maison pour un prochain séjour a Zanzibar tellement j'ai apprécié cette île et les personnes qui la composent. Je recommande fortement.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!
