Tintenbarn is a custom designed, brand new barn-style accommodation with queen bed , outdoor concrete tub, full kitchen , laundry , outdoor shower and rustic style decor. It is surrounded by lush gardens, bird life and serenity. You'll have everything you need to relax, unwind, rest and absorb the Byron Hinterlands and surrounds. It's located in a quiet but central location close to Alstonville, Ballina, Newrybar, Lennox head, and Byron Bay. Our closest beach is Lennox Head and is 10 mins away.

Jane's Studio - self- contained space in Byron Bay

Located on a quiet suburban street in Sunrise - a short 5 minute drive to Byron Bay. Absolutely brand new & quality built the studio has its own private entry with landscaped garden, outdoor shower & undercover patio. For a max 2 guests, the self contained studio space has a queen bed, kitchen (oven, cooktop & plenty of cupboard space), separate bathroom (with shower, toilet, vanity and laundry). Beautiful timber flooring, both ceiling fan and air-conditioning completes this lovely space.

The Little Black Loft, South Golden Beach.

Inspired by tiny homes all over the world, this 30m2 space has been architecturally designed to make you feel cosy and comfy at anytime of year. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

A few minutes stroll to beautiful Belongil Beach and Byron’s township this studio is a unique space, in the perfect location. The garden studio is on a large 1/4 block, is surrounded by lush gardens, a large lawn, backs onto National Park Reserve and bike track. It’s so quiet you’ll think you’re in the countryside. The separate entrance and garden ensures privacy from the main heritage fisherman’s cottage. Enjoy tranquility and peace, in the newly renovated, tastefully refurbished space.
