Gilberto was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout and helpful with all requests. The apartment is bigger than the photos make out and you cannot beat the location. Having two showers was handy after a day on the beach with multiple people wanting to freshen up. The balcony is a great spot for people watching, especially at night when the road outside is pedestrianised. We had a lovely stay.

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Giorgia was very responsive on text, very friendly, and very accommodating with regards to our parking and checking out requests. The apartment is stunning with easy access to the beach, grocery stores and beach bars. This apartment would be great for small families, or friends looking for a beach getaway. We would 100% stay here again!

Прекрасное жильё и отличный приём! Всё было чисто, уютно и удобно, полностью соответствовало описанию. Район спокойный, добраться до всего было легко. Особенно хотим отметить хозяина — очень дружелюбный, открытый и отзывчивый. Помог сориентироваться, дал полезные советы — чувствовалось искреннее внимание и забота. Рекомендуем всем!

Casa comoda facile da trovare, ottima posizione centrale, ottima vista

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

das Haus ist wirklich super. ein toller Garten mit Parkplatz und Preis ist unschlagbar. danke für alles und wir werden wieder kommen.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Pool. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Meer, Geschäfte, Lokale in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Alberto ist immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check in war total unkompliziert und früher möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Wir waren über Silvester dort und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top- Lage und ist einfach perfekt. Eva und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr nett und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tolle Gastgeber, aber Umgebung enttäuschend Ignazio und Stefania waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir durften sogar schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit in die Wohnung, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und geräumig. Außerdem haben wir von den Nachbarn überhaupt nichts mitbekommen – es war sehr ruhig. die Wohnung etwas schwer zu finden. Was die Umgebung betrifft, waren wir leider enttäuscht. Es gab keine geöffneten Geschäfte in der Nähe, und das Gebiet scheint kein Tourismusziel mehr zu sein. Der Strand war zudem verschmutzt, was die Freude am Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt hat. Wer die Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier, allerdings sollte man sich auf eingeschränkte Freizeitmöglichkeiten einstellen

Questo alloggio a Jesolo ci ha sorpresi molto, non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Jesolo. Casa ben situata in una zona molto tranquilla e con tanto verde intorno è situata in una bella zona soprattutto. Vicini super simpatici, che dire è uno di quei posti in cui vorresti subito tornare per non parlare del design della casa e la pulizia e l’immenso spazio che c’è. Se volete passare una piccola vacanza a Jesolo o un weekend in tranquillità vi consiglio questo alloggio.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
