Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

As previously mentioned Oleksiy’s place is an amazing spot in Cabarete, one of the reasons why I keep coming back. The place is located next to the beach and restaurants; it is just accessible to a variety of amenities. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We were lucky to have one of the units with an excellent view. Unit was clean and spacious and great location. Pool area and staff excellent so close to the beach Our unit was not available for a couple of days but got sorted out fairly fast. Patricia was very helpful and fast to respond.

Our experience was great from start to finish. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and quickly responded to all questions and accommodated last minute changes to our vacation plans. Sabrina was amazingly quick responding. Some issue rised and she was able to accomodate us last minute and so thankful for that. The ammneties of the hotel are BEAUTYFUL, and the food is exquisite. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
