Great stay with a super host!

We absolutely loved staying at Cate’s place!! It was so peaceful and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Our dog felt at home and loved the backyard/wooded area, she was so happy! Cate had muffins when we arrived, breakfast for us the last day, and peacock feathers as a gift! She even had bowls ready for our pup. She was such a gracious host. It is a great property to relax and enjoy nature. Cate has thought of everything. Her home is on the property, however she gave us privacy and you didn’t even notice them. Highly recommend staying here.

My crew stayed multiple times in Eva's home. It's beautiful, close to everything and very clean. What stood out the most is the Host Eva. She is extremely nice, very helpful, and was very proactive in communicating with me and my team. She is a wonderful person and has made my crew feel right at home. This stay was amazing. originally booked for two people, but ended up being a solo trip. came in town for a concert. the location was centrally located. great to access coming in from the Raleigh or Greensboro areas. central to the lightrail, minutes from IKEA and UNCC, easy drive to NoDa and uptown. all of the great things about Charlotte but with a private comfortable property. the pictures on airbnb don't do it justice. the private pond, gazebo, bamboo forest... the large hammock by the water... it really felt safe secure clean and comfortable. there were many games (pool, air hockey, etc), a huge bathtub and refinished bathroom, and I appreciated the thoughtful decorations and setup of the place. everything was so easy and intuitive. even details like Scotch tape and things to write on were so great! Lisa the host was amazing. proactive in her communication and very easy to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! my only regret is that I wish I had booked a longer stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

Great spot for our one night stay, wish we had longer! We were there to check out local breweries and it was very walkable to these spots around the area. The parking being included was a huge perk and it was very easy to get from the spot into the apartment. Everything was great and quick response. The app for getting in and out of spaces was new to us but great and easy to use.

Great location, unit and neighborhood! Very close to uptown and everything that Charlotte offers.

We hosted our 40-person wedding at this house and it was absolutely perfect! Great size living room for dessert reception on Friday evening, perfect space in the backyard for the ceremony, cocktail hour, family photos, dinner under the event space and dancing in the driveway, and brunch on Sunday. The ladies got ready in the master bathroom downstairs and the men in the bathroom upstairs. Hosted the backyard wedding of my dreams and made additional memories by being able to stay for the extended weekend in the house with our families.

I love this place and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. The lake was in walking distance and we had a great time fishing and barbecuing. I are going to rent this house again soon.

What a joy to wake up to that magnificent view, from a beautiful condo, so zen, so well designed. It is conducive to everything positive. The prompt and courteous response by the owners to any questions makes the stay all the more a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!
