This space is located on the 2nd floor and has a well stocked kitchen spacious for cooking. Waterfall shower head in the bath/shower combo for amazing relaxation. A12” comfortable queen mattress with tv in bedroom. All surrounded by the stylish living room with a futon couch , chaise lounge large smart TV and an electric fireplace. A shared fire pit outback and fast internet.

Home in Huntington near Heritage Farm.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of being out of the hustle and bustle of the city but still be 10 minutes from Marshall University, and 7 minutes to Ritter Park, 5 minutes to Huntington Museum of Art. We are 15 minutes from Huntington mall. Very safe neighborhood. We offer a patio under our deck with a fire pit and chairs for guests to use. Enjoy your coffee on the patio listen to the birds maybe see some wildlife. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND, SMOKING, VAPING inside of unit DRUGS OR PARTIES.

Located 15 miles from Huntington, WV and 30 miles from Gallipolis, OH. Enjoy your coffee or favorite drink on front porch swing or on the secluded back porch. The back porch is so peaceful with a beautiful view of the property and if we have had a good rain, the sound of water flowing down the ravine. You may even see our goats roaming the hillside.
