Joe and Jessica have a lovely apartment , we love your apartment is beautiful , and also I love that it has elevator, we keep in mind for the future going again, if you ever think of selling it let me know , thank you so much The only thing that is not a major thing here in Puerto Rico in that area Fajardo when there is no wind there is mosquitoes but since I live here in Puerto Rico we knew that, just for a suggestion you should put some screen in your windows to be able to open the windows of the apartment I did not open the windows so the mosquitoes wouldn’t log in but this is my personal opinion overall whenever I go to Fajardo to stay I would like to stay there again

Studio condo was well air conditioned, comfortable and lots of natural light. Location is a long walk to 7 seas beach, especially carrying anything more than a towel to lay on. But, it is walkable to a great neighborhood breakfast cafe, walkable to kayak village for bioluminescent tours and walkable to 2 great restaurants. Plenty of rooster, chickens cats and dogs in the neighborhood make it a lively place. A covered outdoor basketball court is nice for some exercise. Dedicated parallel parking right in front of the condo. Rented a car for easy drives to local cafes, El Yunka rain forest for hikes, Luquillo beaches and a Marina Puerto Del Rey for Culebra snorkeling tour.

We loved staying at this location. Not only did Vincent and his team provide plenty towels, a bottle of wine and chips, blankets for both inside and the balcony, the location of this property was perfect to go to Luquillo, El Yunque, Ceiba to catch the ferry for Vieques and Culebra or any of the local bars/restaurants in the area. It was the perfect cozy home base and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely look to book again next time we stay in the area! Thank you!

Jorge went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay! The place was spotless, and we felt completely safe in the area. The balcony and the close proximity to the ocean were wonderful. It was also within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and cafes. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

Great views, wonderful house, just as described, clean, easily accessible, hot showers, close restaurants. Hosts went above and beyond. Visited local restaurants and beaches during our weekend visit. Fit our extended family of 7 comfortably. Hosts were very informative of the area. Looking forward to our next visit to Fijardo. Would stay here again.

Wow! Where do I begin. We had such a wonderful stay. The condo was in pristine condition! Sarah let us check in early since we had such an early flight which was so generous. She was super responsive and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. We booked here because we had an early boat tour right from the marina and were able to walk there within a few minutes. I highly recommend the Sea Getaways snorkeling tour to Culebra. The snorkeling was amazing and private, then we followed up with a wonderful afternoon at the beautiful beach of Flamenco. For the best lobster ever definitely go to Okeah Modern Kitchen and treat yourself to the hazelnut 6 layered cake! I fell asleep every evening in the hammock listening to the waves crash below. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and the boats go out for the day. Truly peaceful, relaxing and a place that I was actually sad to leave. Do yourself a favor and book now! No need to look around for anything better. Enjoy!!

We loved our week here! Walking along the coast to catch our bio bay tour, Cafe Playero (went 4 times!), seven seas beach, and the incredible pinchos in the park— we loved Los Croabas. We loved hearing the ocean every night in the condo, using the well equipped kitchen, the kind security guards and parking so close and convenient. Hope to come back in the future!

We have used Airbnb for over 10 years and this is quite possibly the best place we have ever stayed. If you think the photos look great, the real thing is even better. Juan went out of his way to make us feel welcome, giving us advice and making himself available whenever we had questions. This place is a real gem and we had an absolutely wonderful time in Fajardo.
