Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. One bedroom house with king bed and two roll-away beds available upon request -for a fee-, insert # of guests for rates. There is an electric coffee maker, large refrigerator and all basic necessities in the kitchen. Enjoy sunrises from the view deck and unwind in the rocking chairs. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. Night rate is for 2 guests. Only one A/C can be ON at a time, and it can be on for a maximum of 16 hours per day.

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.
