Cosy, historic Cottage in the heart of Mullion

Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. Bright and cosy cottage in heart of village

Baker's Store sits among miners’ cottages in the beautiful village of Breage. Entirely self-contained, the space is small but perfectly formed, with a cosy wood-burning stove. Dedicated outdoor space offers parking and alfresco dining. The village shop and pub are a short walk. Porthleven, with excellent harbour-side restaurants, is a 5 minute drive. Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

Beautiful barn in rural idyll with hot tub

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The beautiful harbour village of Porthleven is a foodies' paradise and is only a 7-minute drive away. The cottage is well placed for the many attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The cottage is cleaned and sanitised to a high standard.

The Dinghy - A traditional Fishermans cottage, it is one of the oldest properties, nestled into the coastal village of Coverack. It been in our family for around 200 years. It provides a modern, quirky interior with traditional beams, note ceiling height is around 6’, there is a enclosed south facing sunny terrace looking out to sea. Situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, which is safe for swimming and direct access onto the South West Coastal Path.

Ancient Cottage & Romantic Garden

Caervallack Garden Cottage is a beautiful two person holiday cottage set within a private 540m2 walled garden .The Helford river is within walking distance and there are 13 different beaches a short drive away . Its a quiet and particularly beautiful part of Cornwall. The garden has featured in most of the garden/house magazines over the last 20 years, and in most recently in the book "Secret Gardens of Cornwall" 2023. Sorry we don't accept pets or children.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
