Very responsive host and the place is clean.

I stayed at Mentor Moore’s home for a month and had an excellent experience with no issues at all. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—highly recommended for both short and long stays.

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The house and the garden were well-maintained. We didn't use the kitchen so much because most items were dusty and there was a cockroach. Overall, it was a great stay, the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable (towels are almost brand new). The highlight would be the beautiful paintings that art lovers would appreciate, and their garden that provides a relaxing ambience (we loved waking up to the sound of the birds and leaves rustling). Kuya Jun and Ate Ana (caretakers) were friendly and accommodating (we had to wake them up late at night to open the gate for us). It was just a bit scary when the power went out because there was no emergency lights and the place was super dark, although they have back-up power that they turn on after 10 minutes, as per the caretakers. GrabFood/GrabCar can easily requested from the area.

We had a great stay! The space was clean and cozy, and one thing that really stood out was how fresh and good the beddings smelled...especially the comforter on the sofa bed 😁. It made settling in super comfortable. The location is also a big plus! It's very close to prime spots like restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Jeanette was so responsive and accomodating, even offered us the airbed for our baby just incase we need it but I only requested for extra pillows. The place was so clean, you got everything you needed especially for long stays. Also everything around was so accessible and it was a peaceful stay there. I would definitely book again here. Our stay at Abelarde Casita was very convenient, comfortable and enjoyable. The house was good enough for me and my 3 children where we felt very at home. It was definitely a home away from home. The place is also situated very near the Marapara golf course which is the main reason of our travel. Rina is also a very responsive and accommodating host. I also want to commend Kuya Arnel and wife Jessica for their very kind assistance during our stay. We will surely come back and stay here in the future. All the best to you and to your business.
