Had a great stay at Francoise's place! Good location situated minutes away from SM Legazpi and local attractions. Very secluded; free from road and street noise which is a plus especially when located centrally in the city. Please use instructions when driving in! They are there for a reason!

The microwave was missing and the kettle needs replacement. The water goes on and off for some reason. But the place was still the best for me! Not perfect but very very good!! Thankful that i found this place. Hehe. Thank you to the hosts!!

Our stay was amazing—from the host and staff to the amenities and location, everything was perfect. After a long drive from MNL to Sorsogon, they kindly prepared dinner for us upon arrival. The next morning, when our dog fell over a walled cliff, staff member Raymond went above and beyond to help us recover him. We’re truly grateful for their generosity. If you want a stress-free family getaway with everything taken care of, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

The place is exactly what you see in the photos. It’s very clean and the place is very peaceful and quiet since it’s not exactly beside the road. It may be hard to spot sometimes specially at night since the alley is quite small but there is a landmark provided by the host. Ms Eve is a great host, she quickly replies whenever we ask something and very friendly as well

It’s a home away from home. Mayon Volcano is seen at the balcony. The home is decorated as listed. Sharon lives next door so, it’s very convenient to asked for assistance if needed. I do recommend her home. I love that there is a garage too for our van. She recommended places to see and eat. Her house is very near to Sumlang Lake and Cagsawa Ruins. Thank you Sharon for accommodating my family.

Beautiful location, incredibly peaceful & serene. Plenty of room for 10 people. No Air-condition or TV/Karoke so it was a little warm however you are just a few steps from a beach and breezes. Two caretakers onsite who were incredibly helpful & kind. The property is some distance from the nearest town of Santo Domingo ( 15-20 minute ride ) so worth ensuring you bring everything you need however the trip into Santo Domingo is also worth while. There are a lot of steps down to the property which requires a lot of steps up when leaving, not ideal for perhaps the elderly or people with mobility concerns. Also quite close to the nature centre which was amazing, the amount of work & effort taken in building the accommodation & centre is staggering. The opportunity to just walk out & jump in the beach with the amazing views and relaxing environment was absolutely worth while.

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made everything so convenient, ensuring that all our needs were met without any hassle. Ms. Salve was always attentive and proactive, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Kuya Jomar was just as exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly enhanced our stay. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and service-oriented individuals, and we sincerely appreciate their efforts in making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Booked the studio flat for 3 weeks. It was clean, spacious and complete with basic amenities. Wifi speed was top. Lovely host and staff. Ana was always responsive and helpful. Walking distance to the town centre, market and supermarkets. Public transport everywhere. Highly recommended. Will definitely book next time!

Our family had an incredible stay at this stunning property! The view of Mayon volcano was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. My parents loved their stay in Bungalow Transient House during the holidays for the Holy Week. Considering that my mother is in wheelchair, we were able to work our way around their house with ease. My father and my brothers enjoyed the staycation. They enjoyed the strong internet connection and other amenities in the house. Overall, we were able to bring our comfort of our own home in the transient house in Sorsogon. Highly recommended and definitely we will book again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of Mayon from the rooftop. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. During our stay, there was a power interruption, but the generator kicked in right away. everything stayed running smoothly, including the lights, refrigerator, fan, and Wi-Fi, which we truly appreciated. The caretaker was friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Sam was also very responsive and made the entire booking process easy and worry-free. It’s a well-managed place with excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Legazpi!

The view of Mayon at their roofdeck was amazing! Host was very helpful aswell. She was always ready to help out with city dwellers who had no idea of the province. Overall a very comfortable and worth it stay.
