Cuenta con una cocina equipada, sala de estar con TV, cuarto con una cómoda cama y TV, un espacioso balcón con hamaca y jacuzzi, amplia terraza con billar y una espectacular área de columpio con gazebo y hamaca. Mingui Mingui is this place that I want to share with you. Here you will find and feel peace, love, joy, empathy... This beautiful and cozy property is located approximately 45 minutes from SJU airport. Close to restaurants, bakeries, markets, gas station, etc. 15 minutes from Plaza de Caguas. It has solar panels, water tanker, a beautiful pool, billiards, barbecue, Wi-Fi, karaoke machine, outdoor kitchen and a beautiful view of the valley. The perfect balance between country and city.

Located in Caguas, 25 minutes from San Juan. 4 bedrooms with AC/ 2.5 bathrooms. One outdoor shower. Located in a very quiet community in the middle of the mountains (Sierra de Caguas). Restaurants, beaches, rives, falls, and national forest (El Yunque), and a lot of more than only Puerto Rico can offer you in less than an hour of distance. . Airport about 35 min, Condado Beach about 30 minutes, Palmas del Mar beach about 45 minutes.

Welcome to our beautiful home in Caguas, where you will enjoy the mountain views and nature sounds. The house is equipped with solar energy system, water cistern, A/C unit in each room, high speed internet, and laundry with washer/dryer. Very safe neighborhood tucked in the mountains. Still close to center, stores and restaurants. The house is about 40 min/ 24 miles from San Juan airport and 15 minutes from the center of Caguas.
