Jättefint boende med allt som behövs. Helt perfekt för en liten familj som oss. Vänliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Poolområde med fantastiskt utsikt över Montgo. Terrass med kvällssol. Gångavstånd till supermarkets, strand och restauranger på piren. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Die Unterkunft war klasse! Mit dem Mietwagen war alles schnell erreichbar und die Beschreibungen von Maxine waren sehr hilfreich. Lorena Vorort war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen, wenn Fragen auftraten. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber 💐 Dankeschön 🙏🏼

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!

Excellent. Great views, 6 comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms which was useful. 9kg washing machine, well kitted kitchen. had towels, Inc beach towels so no need to carry out in luggage. secure. location was amazing, right opposite beach, near Old Town. balcony was unreal. highly recommended 👌

cant fault the apartment or the host Chris.Everything was as described and Chris was so freindly.Communication was exceptional response instant couldnt ask for more. This apartment is in a very good location for our needs,quiet enough to relax on balcony or by the pool and close to the night life. Pablo idealny gospodarz. Pomocny i komunikatywny. Nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo spokojna okolica i około trzy minuty pieszo do plaży. Sam apartament wart swojej ceny. Wszystkie udogodnienia z opisu, a nawet więcej niż się człowiek spodziewał. Każdy miał swój pokój. Nawet znajdował się airfryer. Kostki do zmywarki także były w zestawie, także naprawdę gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Ik moet zeggen lof over Delores en haar man. Het huis ziet er gezellig uit en is schoon! Er is een vaatwasser, wasmachine, flatscreen tv twee heerlijke banken. Lekkere bedden en een schaduwrijk terras. Heerlijk voor warme zomerdagen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, en een nieuwe gerenoveerde badkamer. Het is een gezellige plek in La Marina Robello. vlak bij Camping La marina. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we last van een black-out. Delores en haar man namen de moeite om ons op te zoeken en te vragen of zij iets voor ons konden doen, terwijl zij er zelf ook niets aan konden doen. Geweldig. Ik wil hier zeker nog eens komen.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Una estancia perfecta!!La llegada Marisa atenta en todo momento y la salida igual!!La casa talby como sale en las fotos y todos los supermercados y playa muy cerca. Los vecinos muy amables y el residencial súper tranquilo para desconectar durante unos días! Nos hemos quedado en casa de Ana Isabel este puente de mayo 12 personas entre adultos y niños y la experiencia ha sido absolutamente positiva. La casa es tal cual las fotos, con una piscina fantástica, la cocina está totalmente equipada, las camas son cómodas y la limpieza de 10. La comunicación ha sido muy fácil y rápida. La entrada y la salida con flexibilidad. Nos atendió Rosa que te explica la casa genial y muy puntual. Moraira nos ha gustado mucho, restaurantes estupendos para comer, buenas playas y la ubicación de la casa fantástica. En definitiva, casa totalmente recomendable y que repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Magnifica casa en la costa con piscina y parking

Die Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der Pool ist ganzjährig benutzbar, sehr groß und eine prima Alternative zum sandigen Strand der ca 12 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto. Je nach Sonnenstand kann man eine der drei Terrassen nutzen und ein schöner großer Grill ist auch vorhanden.
