There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Charmant huis in typische Ibiza-stijl met uitzicht op zee, op 5 minuten lopen van het strand, in een privé-urbanisatie op een klif aan het water. Het huis bestaat uit een woonkamer, een kleine keuken, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De slaapkamer boven is op een mezzanine en heeft een ontspanningsruimte. 2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.
