Apartamento frente a la playa

El apartamento se encuentra en el Edificio Presidente. Es un apartamento con vistas al mar y playa, muy iluminado, moderno y completamente equipado con muebles y camas a estrenar. El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y en el salon un sofacama. La cocina equipada, dispone de aireacondicionado, tiene piscina. En los bajos tiene un supermercado y esta rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Cala Millor es una zona familiar y tranquila. Tiene una de las mejores playas de la Isla.

Die ca. 90 qm große - lizenzierte - Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen liegt im Zentrum von Cala Ratjada, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uferpromenade, direkt hinter dem Cafe Noah's. Die Wohnung, zu der auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört, befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Mit dem Aufzug gelangen Sie von der Tiefgarage bis fast vor die Wohnungstüre, was insbesondere bei größeren Einkäufen sehr praktisch ist. Überhaupt ist ein TG-Stellplatz in dieser zentralen Lage sehr wertvoll.

There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen mediterranen Ferienanlage mit Pool im östlichen Teil der Insel Mallorca, in Cala Ratjada (Gemeinde Capdepera).
