lovely sixties villa with beautiful views, pool and garden,roof top terrace and lots of places to relax. bus at the door and beach and village of cala mayor 15 minutes walk down the hill. enjoy my house and my 37 years experience in mallorca !! please bring euro 2.20 per person per night for the ecotaza /turisttax . for check in and check out at other times please consult with me, it depends on avalability . for late check in after 22.00 (10pm) i kindly ask you to pay euro 30,-

4 sterren gasten verblijf in een rustiek en sfeervol chalet met een officiële verhuur vergunning. Maar een paar minuten rijden vanaf de verschillende stranden, bergen , Palma en de mooie kust lijn van de provincie Calvia. Het huis ligt iets hoger gelegen en heeft hierdoor een waanzinnig uitzicht over de bergen en het gezellige, rustige dorpje Costa de la calma. eigen ingang en parking , Een zonnig prive terras, speeltuin en zwembad ..dit alles voor een super prijs.

Refurbished and cosy front sea property, very quite and with gorgeous views to a sought after beach, Cala Pi. The property´s set in a small community. It´s 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a dining/sitting area with TV, AC/W, and an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher. On the ground floor there is an extra room with a toilet, shower and washbasin, plus a washing machine .
