They made sure the place was welcoming and smelled good. Decor was modern and everything looked exactly how it is in the pictures. Their caretaker was very attentive, friendly, and respectful. The pool was very inviting to kids and adults alike. I only wish they took the time to fix the kitchen sink faucet. Also, for some reason we thought there were 8 bunk beds in each of the 2 rooms. Instead it’s 4 double sized bunk beds each. Nevertheless, all beds were comfortable. We had to request for additional pillows, blankets, and towels. Which the caretaker readily provided. Overall my entire family enjoyed our stay and wished we had another day.

Great house for multi family gathering. Clean quality linens, nice beds, fun game room. Pools were nice and clean. Kitchen was great for a big group. The view was fantastic! Don't forget knives if you go, there were plenty of forks and spoons but no knives. Also if you are planning on doing lots of cooking maybe bring your own pans and cutting boards as the IKEA ones were well used but still workable. Host was very responsive and the caretaker was there if we had questions or couldn't find anything. There was a fair bit of trash around the house, which was only noticable because of how nice the house was.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

A Perfect Stay! I recently stayed at Damienerose Gardens for a day, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, private and peaceful. Everyone had so much fun! Ate Ayeth is the best. ❤️

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

The place was great! We had so much fun as the beach was amazing with lots of colorful fishes, crabs and starfish. Ate Precy and all the Kuya's are very hospitable, so kind and helpful. There was little to no signal in the island and no other other usual entertainment but the sea compensates what's lacking. They also set up a nice bonfire for us plus help us grill our barbecue. True customer service! The accomodation needs a little maintenance, esp the toilet. Hard to flush at times and some of the rooms has no aircon, but Ate Precy let us know ahead of time, so we manage. Overall, the place is a dream!! :)

So glad to have found Dra Abby’s little paradise. It wasn’t like any private resorts that you rent because you get privacy in the basement while having the most fun! Everything was squeaky clean and huge shoutout as well to ate Gelai for always making sure we have everything we need! Communication was extremely fast and we are so satisfied. Our family enjoyed a lot. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Casa Farinas. The place is super clean and all the furnitures are of great quality. The pool was clean despite it being in the middle of a farm. The ambiance was super relaxing as you can hear birds and crickets around. We were able to do an early morning walk as well and the place seemed secured and peaceful. The place was cool at night and the bonfire was really nice to have as we had a smores nightcap. If theres one area to improve its probably just adding an AC for the living area as it got really hot in the afternoon. And maybe also add more towels per room as there were only a couple per room for 4 people. Lastly the mic was not working. But we did bring our own. Overall, the caretakers were super friendly and super attentive even late at night. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

this was our 2nd time to stay at VC farm. It has many rooms and beds so it can accommodate big group/family. the surroundings is very nice, lots of trees and plants so the place is naturally shady and cody. we enjoyed the infinity pool and the big terrace where we eat our breakfast with a very nice view. Ms.Rona is also responsive to our inquiries and the caretakers are very helpful. overall we really loved this place and we will come back again.

Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

The General’s Villa is a clean, peaceful, and relaxing place, perfect for a family getaway. All the amenities and equipment were available and in great condition. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and really appreciated the host’s flexibility in extending the pool hours for us. We were also allowed to check in early, which was a big plus. The villa is easy to find and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, my family had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay in the place. We felt at home instantly. The rooms are comfortable, the Kitchen has complete kitchen utensils and has everything we need for cooking. There are a lot of seats and tables for everyone. It was a great place for intimate family or barkada gatherings. Ate Malou who is the caretaker is super nice and was so helpful.

Host was very responsive despite having s rush booking. Easy to talk to regarding clarifications and was flexible for time of checkout. Overall a pleasant and great place to stay in - highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay at tagaytay pool place. Edmon was very responsive and even JR the caretaker was very helpful sa lahat ng mga request and assistance na need namin. The place is huge and everyone enjoyed the pool. Though malalim sya para a kids. Nagexpect kami ng kiddie pool since nakalagay sya sa description but Edmon was able to explain why hindi sya available. Needs improve siguro yung outlet sa kwarto, mejo mahina yung water sa shower area and sa casita 1 kung saan ako nagstay konting linis pa sa mga sulok sulok and sa cr din mejo minsan may amoy. Pero over all nag enjoy kami, lalo sa videoke. 😅 Will definitely recommend and will go back again.

Cynthia was such a responsive host. The house has a big enough space that all of us enjoyed, even the kids. Also very much appreciate how they had a backup WiFi when the main network started having issues. Too bad we weren’t able to enjoy the pool because of the weather, but we still had a nice time at the house nonetheless.

The airbnb host was very responsive and friendly to all of our inquiries. The staff, Kuya Renante, was also hospitable and kind. The location is great! It was easy navigating here and it’s just near good spots in Tagaytay. Lots of beds for a big family like us. Kitchen was equipped with sufficient items, making it easy to cook and dine. Definitely worth every penny! 💯
