Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

La villetta dista 1.5 km dal mare e da tutti i servizi necessari raggiungibili in auto.

Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Begin je ochtend met koffie op het terras onder de gazebo met prachtig uitzicht op zee en sluit de dag af in jouw privé zwembad onder de sterren en geniet van de lichtjes in het dal.

Dal Centro è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti le spiagge dell'Isola Bella e Mazzarò. La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto, un divano letto, due bagni, aria condizionata, WI-FI gratuito. A vostra disposizione terrazza dove poter pranzare. Casa zona collinare disposta su due livelli. Al primo si trova la cucina soggiorno con accesso diretto dalla terrazza panoramica, tra l'altro l'ideale per mangiare all'aperto. Dal soggiorno tramite una scala interna si raggiunge la zona notte. Al secondo livello è presente un balcone con la stessa vista panoramica del terrazzo. Vi sono tre camere da letto, due con letto matrimoniale e una con una piazza e mezza, bagno recentemente ristrutturato con box doccia e finestra.
