La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
