Enjoy your coffee ( provided) or wine on the deck in the fenced in side yard. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please make sure you pay the pet fee. A cozy 600 square ft apartment located in the lower level of our home. It has a private entrance. The neighborhood is quiet. You can watch the birds and squirrels outside your door. The high ceilings make the area more spacious. It is an oasis for anyone who wants to just chill.
