Four of us had a very pleasant stay at Lesley's place. Very cosy and well equipped and great location for us as we continued to walk the Icknield Way. The setting of the pub is very attractive and Lesley and her husband were very welcoming. Definitely recommend.

The stay at Julie and Alistair’s lodge was lovely! It was so quiet and peaceful, and a lovely getaway from the busy city life. The place was lovely and a fantastic location with lots to do locally, as well as only being a short drive from central Cambridge. Julie provided us with loads of local recommendations which meant we really got to make the most of our short stay. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be visiting again ☺️

A very quirky cottage, beautiful interior , lovely little garden with a seating area, parking for one car . Great location close to the high road , for provisions, coffee shops, restaurants, take aways etc( cottage very peaceful, no traffic noise) nice walks nearby for walking the dogs. Ideal location for me as I was visiting family and friends nearby . Owners live next door should you need them ( I didn’t , as everything was catered for) Will definitely be back . We loved our stay at Andy’s place with our parents and our 2 young children. It is in a beautiful and peaceful village. The cottage is really quirky, clean and cosy - had everything we needed for our stay, Andy has thought of lots of extra details which make it a really enjoyable stay. Everything is easy to find and use with Andy’s helpful notes and labels. We really loved the toys and games for the kids so this kept them entertained! we were lucky with the weather our stay we used the lovely little garden a lot which is private and a nice wee suntrap, also has the added bonus of the sauna which was brilliant. Andy was really friendly and helpful upon check in and out and quick communication if we needed anything. Would really recommend a stay here and we will definitely return if back in the area. Really comfortable, had everything we needed. Great location, just off the main road but in a quiet and attractive village. Good communication before stay, and friendly welcome. Safe and easy parking.

I booked this place as a get away for my other half’s 50th birthday, it was a lovely place with beautiful views, and remote enough that we could just relax. When we arrived Donna was there to meet us and showed us around and explained everything very well. We then headed out to the local pub for lunch ( which was lovely ) and the pub was very friendly. After we got back we sat around the pool and swam and went in the hot tub to the wee hours of the morning. The next day after running out of beer from the day before we took a short drive into town, where they had a couple of large supermarkets where we replenished our supplies. The weather had turned a bit cooler so we stayed in and played some of the games provided, and was able to get a Chinese delivered for dinner. It was a lovely little getaway in a beautiful location, wish we had stayed longer, and would definitely look to go back. Donna was a super host, and always able to answer our questions. What a stunning little place!! Absolutely spotless with very kind and thoughtful touches as our family had particular needs. Tucked await a quiet spot but simple to find. The decor was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. All you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Suzanne is a lovely lady and extremely welcoming. We WILL be back! Fantastic weekend stay 🤩
