This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Situé à 3mn du centre ville de Céret : musée d'art moderne, terrasses de cafés accueillantes, marché du samedi matin, visite du vieux Céret... A 30mn des plages (Argelès, Collioure...), 10mn de la frontière espagnole, au pied des montagnes (sommets de 1000 à 2900m), à 15mn des villes thermales d'Amélie Les Bains ou du Boulou. Séjour culturel, farniente, santé, ou séjour sportif, c'est au choix.

Nous vous proposons de faire une halte dans notre studio situé dans le petit village de Trouillas. Studio entièrement équipé et indépendant. Il se situe au rez-de-chaussée de notre habitation familiale. Le studio est climatisé. Il dispose d'un patio entièrement privatif, lieu de détente idéal après une journée de visite! Trouillas se trouve sur la route des vins, au cœur des Aspres. Le paradis des amoureux de la randonnée et des visites gastronomiques. L'Espagne est à 20 minutes en voiture.

Jolie studio indépendant de 18m2 pour 2 personnes (adapté au fauteuil roulant), il y a un canapé lit dont le matelas est de très bonne qualité. Il s'ouvre sur une cours agréable avec un barbecue électrique. SAINT-FELIU-D'AMONT est un petit village paisible proche de Perpignan entre mer et montagne, proche de sites à visiter tel que les Orgues d'Illes, et de lieux de randonnés magnifiques. A 30 min de Canet plage et de l'Espagne, à 1h de la montagne. Le linge de lit et de toilette sont fournis.

Le gîte se situe à 35 mn de la mer, (Argelès-Plage ), à 35 mn de la frontière Espagnol et à 1H30 de Font Romeu et ses stations de ski. Capacité 4 personnes max. La ville de Perpignan est à 20 km (25mn ), celle de Thuir avec tous ses commerces à 10mn. Petits commerces à Fourques, 3 km du gîte : médecin, pharmacie , SPAR (supérette), Poste, DAB.
