Two Master Suites One Mile from the Beach

The Hideout is a fantastic home to relax in. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze by opening the windows. Do yoga or relax out on the patio. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the peek-a-boo ocean view from the balcony. If you want to get your daily 10k steps in, it’s just a 1 mile walk to the ocean, cafes, shops, restaurants and breweries. The Hideout is also Vegan friendly (no leather or goose down) This home is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, PETS, OR PARTIES. It's an upstairs unit and perfect for people with pet allergies! Owners live on the property NOTE: there's NO A/C & 1 dedicated parking space. The Hideout is a non smoking unit entirely upstairs. Not suitable for children or pets. The house is small. The entire house is upstairs ONLY OCEAN BREEZE. PLEASE NOTE: Houses in SoCal, near the beach are very close together. Property here is scarce. If you sit on the balcony you will see in the neighbors backyard. It is what it is :) It's vegan friendly. We don’t use leather, wool or down pillows. IMPORTANT UPDATE: THERE WILL BE CONSTRUCTION ON THE LOT NEXT TO THE HOUSE MON-FRI FROM 8 TO 3 AND NO CONSTRUCTION ON THE WEEKENDS. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM PLEASE DON'T BOOK!! Guest will enter on the left black lava rock driveway and park in front of the blue and white chairs in front of the garage. We will be in the main house on the lot in case you need anything. We can be reached by text message and the airbnb app. The Hideout is in the authentic and quiet neighborhood of Fire Mountain. Go sunbathing at the beach just 1 mile away, grab a drink at some of the scenic oceanfront bars, and head into downtown to enjoy the many restaurants and shops in the area. Downtown is a 20 min walk. The beach is a 20 min walk. The train station is a 5 min Uber or Lyft ride away Easy freeway access to the 5 freeway from the house Minimum 3 night stay There is street sweeping the 2nd and 4th Friday. You must move your car off the street or you will be ticketed NO SMOKING NO PETS OR CHILDREN PLEASE USE THE DOWNDRAFT WHEN COOKING NO LATE NIGHT NOISE NO PARTIES ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (unless approved by hosts) MUST BE RESPECTFUL TO THE NEIGHBORS MUST READ AND FOLLOW HOUSE RULES
