Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. This is your 1940s mountain home for ATV's rider's. It is 3 bedrooms/2 bath. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit (2 minutes) and to Tackett (little over 10 minutes). You'll enjoy the little restaurant across the street for breakfast & lunch. Additionally, there is ample parking on the property. This is 1 of 4 homes so we can accommodate all group sizes. Southern Comfort! Full house access!

Charming home on 2 acres. Quiet friendly neighborhood just .9 miles to ATV trails no trailering required, hiking, Lakes with Marina's with boat rentals, parks, Elk viewing area. 1 hour drive to Knoxville airport, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Kentucky Splash, Cumberland Falls. House is a 2 bdrm/2 bath/5 bed 1200 sgft home. Can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. After a day of riding the beautiful and challenging trails stop for dinner or enjoy the firepit and grilling at the home.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Centered between Ride Royal Blue and Tackett Creek there will be no need to trailer your ATV anywhere. Large parking lot for trucks and trailers. Gas and ice sold just down the road. New Denver mattress doctors choice mattresses!! No crappy beds here!!! If you don’t ride ATV’s no worries. We are only 1.5 hour north of Gatlinburgh/Pigeon Forge. 45 min to Knoxville. 1/2 hour to the Norris Dam boat ramp. No campers allowed.
