My family and I enjoyed our stay at Ian’s place. It was tidy, clean, and accessible. Almost everything we needed in an Airbnb was provided.

Karen’s place is truly a gem! From the hassle free check in and check out to the clean and comfortable surroundings and top notch amenities, you will surely have a convenient and wonderful stay at her place. Our stay at Basti Staycation was incredibly smooth and comfortable, especially for our elderly companions. Ms. Malu was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return whenever we're in Naga City.

The place was very comfortable! Very clean with a modern touch, heated water, AC, TV, and overall just a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere near the heart of Naga City! The area is walking distance from many popular places in the city. Most notably, M Plaza. We went there many times and it was very nearby with plenty to do and live bands every weekend! There’s also a SMmall very close by which makes a perfect location for any shopping. Host is very responsive for answering and questions I had with the place. Definitely recommend this place to stay for a comfortable home near some very chill settings for music and shopping.

the host was very friendly and responsive. Security guards very friendly. Pool was really nice. Internet worked really well. There was the odd brown out of power but never lasted more then a few minutes. There are 2 malls right there but they aren't easily accessible. You have to walk in the opposite direction up to the main road then walk to the mall. Still only a 15min walk, so not bad. There is a really nice plaza with lot of restaurants as well and live music on the weekends. Overall a really nice place to stay

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.
