The spacious and comfortable apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. there are 2 large double bedrooms with canal view and 2 bathrooms (just one with a shower) But what makes the apartment unique is the living room kitchen, which overlooks the canal, you will experince a dinner looking at the gondola passing right in front of you! the living is equipped with glass floor directly over the canal. ..and you can see the water in the canal below you !! WI-FI, sofa, dining table, and kitchenette (electric burners, fridge, kettle, microwave). The quiet and bright apartment is close to the station and to public transportation, very convenient both when you arrive (by train, plane or car) or to go to Murano, Burano Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Walk for 10 minutes on the Lista di Spagna. You will always get straight to the Paolo Sarpi monument in Campo Santa Fosca without any difficulty We can meet next to the monument of Paolo Sarpi (the apartment is just in front of). or the other option is to take the water bus vaporetto n 2 and get off at San Marcuola (1 stop 5 minutes) From the airport: - Marco Polo Airport: take the bus number 5 or the shuttle bus ATVO and get off in Piazzale Roma and then take the waterbus No. 2 to San Marcuola .- Ca Nova Treviso take the ATVO bus that goes directly to Venice Piazzale Roma and then take the water bus vaporetto No. 2 to San Marcuola NB: Starting from August 2011 the tourist tax has come into force in Venice. 3 euros per person per night EXCLUDED from the Airbnb price to be paid in cash on arrival. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.
