We had a great stay - thank you for hosting. The apartment was well equipped and in an excellent location (the kids loved being close to the Margaret Mahy Playground). Street parking was mostly easy to find and the apartment was very clean and cosy. Highly recommend 🙂

great place to stay in Sumner, close to everything but quiet too.

What great hosts. Best airbnb ever. Absolutely loved this home away from home. Justine and Baz had thought of everything. It would have been very easy to stay in and just enjoy the view and surroundings. The furnishing paid attention to every detail, the bed to die for, all the appliances A+, the outdoor relaxing and bbq facilities excellent. The tea,coffee and breakfast cereal an excellent choice. Relaxing at night on a big luxurious couch with great TV and internet, after riding our bikes all day was just another plus. I could just go on and on. It was just awesome far better than any 5 star+ hotel or motel. Can't wait to return when the locals finish the biking/walking track around the lake. thank you again Jill and Kevin.

Very comfortable and clean room with a wide balcony, as friendly as coming to your own home. Close to the city center, very convenient to go everywhere. I really enjoyed my stay here!!! :)

I booked Zoe's place for a business relocation. She was always very responsive when I message her and was very flexible for our requirements.

I really think the photos do not do this place justice. It's way roomier than it looks in photos and the absolute luxury of the place is understated. The huge TV and incredible soundbar in the lounge is perfect for the dreary, rainy weather we had. The fully stocked kitchen has literally anything you could hope for. The underfloor heating kept the whole place wonderfully cozy. The rain shower with the beautiful view had perfect pressure and heated up immediately. And to top it all off, STUNNING views directly from the bed. You can't find better, book this place ASAP!

Great place to stay. Excellent space, has everything you need. Easy trip to town for an uber too! Very handy. Will definitely be back! ☺️

Forest Lodge is the perfect get away for large groups. Huge kitchen, well equipped with anything you would need to feed an army. And great, cosy lounge. We were worried the bedrooms would be cold, but by following the instructions all went well and we were all toastie… no snow for us this time, but we look forward to coming back again next year! Michelle’s home was fantastic, more than adequately equipped, clean and absolutely stunning. It was very spacious for the four of us. It was also easy to locate and check in. Michelle also communicated very well throughout our stay. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Michelle!

Everything excellent!, especially for a family with young children. Many toys both indoors and outdoors. Very nice and quiet house and garden in a nice residential area. There are more houses today around the house compared to the ad picture but the house is still quite private thanks to a wooden fence. You stay in Sam's house so you will find her food in the fridge, in the freezer and her things in drawers and closets. So a bit different feeling than airbnbs that are "empty" and where no one lives permanently. We were very happy with our stay and did our best to make sure we, and especially our 2 yo, did not mess up or move around her belongings. Recommended!

Close to amenities, shore line and plenty of coffee shops & eateries. Plenty of space and toys to keep kids occupied.
