Seccatoio, huis in steen met panoramisch uitzicht

Seccatoio is een vrijstaand stenen huis met een oppervlakte van 60m². Het is geschikt voor 2-4 personen en heeft een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. Op de begane grond een keuken, een ruime badkamer en een woonkamer met een slaapbank voor 2 personen. Het huis biedt een prachtig uitzicht op Monte Amiata. Achter het huis onder de pergola, vind je een terras met een eettafel en barbecue en voor de keuken is er nog een klein terras om van de zonsondergangen en het uitzicht te genieten.

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. Air conditioner is available. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!
