We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Wundervoller Rückzugsort in den toskanischen Bergen. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist grandios und lädt zum träumen ein. Im Jacuzzi die Sterne genießen und die Lichter im Tal, herrlich. Sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, weit weg vom Remmidemmi der Touristenorte. Wer es ruhig mag wird dort fündig. Die Unterkunft selbst ist rustikal und schön, alles vorhanden was man wirklich benötigt. Für meine beiden Töchter und mich war es eine schöne erste Station auf unserer Giro d‘Italia, wir würden wieder kommen :-)

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. And looking forward to stay at the apartment again. Thanks Andrea! Our kids loved the blue spiral staircase! :-) Daryl

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

We have stayed in two of Francesco’s apartments and they were both wonderful! Very quiet, felt safe (locked doors and lots of security cameras), powerful AC, very spacious and private. We will only stay in his apartments when we visit Florence!

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

Had a great stay. Location was perfect and check in was thorough and flexible. Would definitely come back!

El alojamiento es maravilloso, con todas las comodidades, muy bien decorado, muy acogedor y tiene un jardín precioso. es tranquilo y está muy bien ubicado tanto si quieres acercarte el centro en coche, en tranvía o andando. nos recibieron muy bien y nos dieron un montón de indicaciones. lo recomiendo mucho y sin duda repetiría. muchísimas gracias x todo. todo perfecto

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Villa war unglaublich, der Ausblick, die Möbel, die Zimmer und der Pool. Wir waren so glücklich, dort zu sein. Die Zimmer waren neu und sauber. Auf jedes Detail wurde geachtet. Christina war unglaublich hilfreiche und immer erreichbar. Ohne sie wären wir aufgeschmissen. Wir hatten leider öfter private Probleme und jedes Mal hat sie uns geholfen und uns Lösungen gebracht. Wir mich und meine Freunde war dieser Aufenthalt unvergesslich!

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Photos qui correspondent entièrement a la description. La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

Super schön. Die kleinen nicht perfekten Dinge haben es perfekt gemacht. Es war Toskana pur und der Pool war super. Das Haus ist sehr alt, aber liebevoll renoviert - und es liegt einfach ruhig mitten in der Natur. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Mathilde war sehr hilfreich und super freundlich. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist spannend zu fahren, aber sehr schön. Wir hatten 9 sehr schöne Tage hier und wollten eigentlich nicht wieder weg 😉

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.
