If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.
