Just minutes from the beach, walk or take the golf cart for a day of fun in the sun. After a long day grab some takeout or cook in the fully furnished kitchen and dine on one of the tables outside or inside and watch the boats go by on the waterway.

Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. We love our cute beach bungalow! It's in a quiet neighborhood in Surfside Beach just a short block to the beach and ocean. It's only about 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach to the north and Murrell's Inlet to the soutj. The area is known for all-you-can-eat seafood buffets, miniature golf, and regular golf. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our house is pet friendly with a maximum of 3. Keys are in a keybox on front door with code provided about a week before arrival.

Keep it simple at this comfortable and centrally-located space. We are located within city limits,2miles from downtown 20 min to beaches. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Short walk to a minimart and the Greenfield Lake amphitheater. You will have a beautiful view of greenfield lake from the front porch.There is also large back porch and yard.This space is great for a couple or small family and is a great space for Remote working.
