Our second-floor hideaway is the perfect perch for exploring downtown Wilmington and nearby beaches! Located in one of Wilmington's most sought-after neighborhoods, and popular with the film industry as a shooting location, this area is rich in film and television history! This one-bedroom with a dedicated office, efficiency kitchen, and mid-century modern bathroom is nestled in the upstairs back corner of our historic home, circa 1910, steps from the Cargo District, & a short walk to downtown!

Walk to shops, restaurants, night life, and everywhere you want to be! Private space with own entrance—no shared areas. Double soundproof walls; please be noise conscious. Perfect for family visits or small groups, this private Fayetteville suite comfortably accommodates up to three guests. Enjoy a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 55-inch TV in the bedroom, both with Netflix, Disney+, Premier, and Jellyfin. The bedroom features a king-size bed for two adults and an infant, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for one adult or two children. With a fully equipped kitchen, workspace, bathroom, laundry room, and enclosed yard, it’s perfect for any stay.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Mini Suite on golf course - 3 minutes from beach

A lovely, quiet and spacious mini suite . located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. Enjoy golf on one of 3 on site courses (we even have a set of golf clubs for guest use!). See why Nat Geo rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2=3 minute) drive or bike ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs provided), or use the pool (included)

Just a short, 3-minute walk to the beach! After a day in the warm sun, cool sea and soft sand you'll love to relax in this cozy downstairs apartment. You'll have a private entrance, parking, full bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a covered breezeway. Wake up to a stocked coffee bar and take a short walk or shorter drive to watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean, or from one of the oldest fishing piers on the East Coast just half a mile away at Downtown Kure Beach.

The Enchanted Forest with Private Hot Tub

PARTY POLICY: The enchanted Forest is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble.
