So nice, we stayed twice! I surprised my husband by booking this charming dome as an overnight stop on the way to our anniversary vacation. We loved it so much that we booked it again for our return trip—it ended up being the highlight of our journey! The unique design of the dome added a magical touch to our getaway, perfectly complementing the tranquil surroundings. The host was exceptional—always responsive, answering our questions promptly, and even providing fantastic local recommendations that enriched our stay. If you're looking for a cozy, one-of-a-kind retreat with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be!

Our visit to this Airbnb was fantastic! House had a great view! Beautiful home inside and out. Hottub was great and the fire pit was perfect. This was exactly what we were hoping to have during our visit to southern Illinois.

Great place to stay with a family or group! Loved the little touches of board games, books and fun art. Clean and relaxing, great outdoor setup for cookouts:)

The treehouse was just beautiful! It was very well designed and thought out! The deck was the perfect spot to be up in the trees watching the birds and enjoying the views. The pond had great fishing. Everything was so comfortable and we felt so peaceful. A very memorable trip that was very relaxing. Gorgeous spot! The hosts were very responsive as well. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had an incredible weekend at this cabin! It was cozy, relaxing, and comfortable. Jess was very welcoming and responsive with my questions. The hot tub and robes were the highlight of our stay! The cabin was located in a great spot with close proximity to beautiful hikes and enjoyable wineries. We are excited to recommend this cabin to friends and hopefully return in the future.

We stayed at Renee’s place for our wedding anniversary. It was peaceful and quiet! Their winery is my favorite on the trail, so I am biased, but I enjoyed sipping on wine in their tasting room by the fireplace. We will definitely stay again!

This is a truly magical location that offers a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. It's easy to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature right on the property through forest bathing, and it's also conveniently located near state parks, as well as various food and drink options. Bonnie and Paul have created a stunning, private space where I felt completely safe as a solo traveler, knowing they lived nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return in the future.

Adams Rock cabin was a great home base for our Shawnee trip! The place looks exactly as pictured/described. We appreciated the Native American decor as well as informative books in the cabin. The location is not super remote, but the large yard was perfect for our kids and dog to play and just enjoy being outside. We particularly enjoyed roasting marshmallows around the fire pit! For others traveling with kids, it is worth knowing that the loft bedroom is up a steep ladder without any particularly good way to block the ladder at the bottom or top. The kitchen was equipped with necessities but not a lot of extras. If you’re planning to pack picnic lunches for your hikes, make sure to bring storage containers! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, appreciated all of Mary’s helpful communication, and really enjoyed exploring a new-to-us part of the country!
