Apartment "B" is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Apartment "A" is 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Both have a porch and a bedroom balcony. Pricing is for double occupancy. Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat.

Lots of loungers, tables, and 2 grills around the property. Newly renovated bathroom. Key will be left in lock box- unit 105. Please bring your owns linens or wash and make beds before leaving. Sleeps 4. A signed lease is required. Signers must be 25 or older. During peak season (June 28 through Labor Day week) weekly rental schedule beings with a Sunday check in/out. Pre and Post Season dates are flexible with a 2-night minimum stay.
