Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. We are on 40 acres, with Sheep and an Alpaca, called Monty grazing close by. Wildlife and birds are also our neighbours with Koalas often lounging in the trees nearby. A place to recuperate, rest and rejuvenate amongst peace and beauty.
