Vakantiewoningen in een grot in Cappadocia

Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein du Tekkaya Cave Hôtel. Le personnel est souriant, accueillant et a été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. La chambre est calme, dans une ambiance troglodyte. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable, et permet de voir de beaux lever et coucher de soleil. Il est idéalement situé, proche du centre du Goreme donc les restaurants et bars sont accessibles à pied. Mais pas en plein centre non plus, ce qui permet d’être au calme. Les activités proposées sont excellentes. Le petit déjeuner est un merveille pour les papilles, avec un large choix. On recommande.

Beautiful spot. Excellent hospitality and service. Extremely friendly and helpful. They were wonderful to us during our extire stay. went beyond their way to accommodate to our needs. Lovely arrangement and allowed us to have a feel of the authentic cappadocia apartments. Always had a smile on their face with a warm greeting. I definitely recommend this space! Well done! ☺️

We loved Ortahisar and Ruth’s place was really lovely. So fun to stay in such a stylish cave hotel. Thank goodness for the warmth of the cave because it was cold in Cappadocia!! Thanks to Necla for her tips and welcoming presence.

Biz Zemheri isimli odada 2 çocuğumuzla beraber 1 gece konakladık. Odanın içi çok tatlı dekore edilmiş ve temizdi. Bu odanın dışarı ile bir bağlantısı yok ( yukarıda çok minik bir cam var) bundan dolayı uyurken karanlık sevenler için uygun ama kapalı alan korkunuz varsa başka bir oda tercih edin. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü özellikle Bayras ( ismi yanlış hatırlıyor olabilirim ☺️) her konuda yardımcı oluyor , oranın bel kemiği gibi yani. Kahvaltı çok doyurucu , kahve de ikram ediyorlar. Bizim için güzel bir konaklama oldu teşekkür ederiz.

Mehmet es un gran anfitrión! Nos permitió ingresar antes del check-in y siempre se mostró predispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Nos dieron aguas de cortesía todos los días y nos ayudaron a reservar nuestro vuelo en globo! Sin duda un lugar para volver!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay. Dancing Cloud has an incredible view, and almost every morning I could look out over the valley and see the balloons floating past. The space itself is full of beauty and thought- if you’re an artist, you’re sure to leave with creative inspiration. Finally, the breakfast just has to be experienced. It’s unbelievable. Can’t recommend Dancing Cloud highly enough!

We had a good stay at Ali’s place. The location is beautiful with a great view from the terrace. The room itself is a little basic and need some maintenance but was more than fine for 2 nights. The heating was great and the cave is fascinating but there’s no much light as there is just a little window. Bathroom has no window and has a jacuzzi that we didn’t try. Breakfast is typical Turkish breakfast and is fresh made every morning. Ali never answered to our message but was nice at our late check-in and during our stay.

Ottima posizione nel centro di Goreme. La strada per arrivare al BnB non è ben segnata sulle mappe, ma essendo l'host molto reattivo nei messaggi siamo riusciti a trovarlo facilmente. Il check-in è stato semplice e flessibile, la stanza anche molto accogliente, nonostante l'area esterna comune esterna sembra ancora in costruzione. Nel complesso soddisfatti, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hamiyet’s hotel. The room was amazing, lovely, warm, and cosy. The breakfast was incredible and plentiful, we left the table full every morning. Hamiyet was so kind and helpful, thoughtful to our needs. She’s an exceptional and generous host, well worth staying with. We will come back. Hamiyet hanimin otelinde harika bir zaman gecirdik. Odamiz tek kelimeyle mukemmeldi - sicak, zarif ve ev hissi verdi. Kahvalti da inanilmazdi, cok bereketliydi, her sabah sofradan tok kalktik. Hamiyet hanim olaganustu derecede kibar, nazik ve yardimseverdi, ihtiyaclarimizi hep onceden dusunecek kadar da inceydi. Kendisi istisnai ve comert bir ev sahibi, kesinlikle otelinde kalmaniza deger. Tekrar donmeyi arzu ediyoruz.

This is just a big, beautiful, private, quiet, well appointed cave suite filled with character. The whole complex of cave homes are beautifully laid out across multiple tiered levels with gardens and patios and privacy walls and old stone stairs between. This particular suite has a beautiful cathedral ceiling bedroom, a huge double rainfall shower and comfortable king bed. You can easily walk into a busy area of restaurants and shopping. Süha has lots of helpful suggestions for touring the area and eating out. We loved his place and will dream about coming back again!

Un logement atypique et agréable. Bien situé dans la ville et facile d’accès. L’hôte a été très accueillant et toujours disponible pour nous répondre. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Great place, included breakfast exceeded expectations

We were very happy we chose to stay at Canyon Cave Hotel. The hotel was very lovely, (just as pictured) and great value. Metin was a fantastic host - very responsive - and the reception was open 24/7. He speaks perfect English and helped us organize the activities we wanted to do. As others mentioned, the breakfast was delicious and well worth it! Urgup in general is slightly smaller than Goreme, while still having some lovely restaurants. It’s just a 15 minute taxi to Goreme. Overall, we found Cappadocia quite expensive (inflated tourist prices, similar or higher than what we pay at home in Vancouver BC!). Highlights for us were: balloon ride, hiking Zima valley, sunset horseback ride, Keslik Monastery, and Sema ceremony (Sufi whirling dervishes). We are glad we saw this beautiful and historic corner of the world!

Rivendell Cappadocia is an oasis when you need a break from the non-stop touristic bustle of Goreme, yet it was less than 15 minutes by car from Goreme when you do want to see the amazing landscape & historical sites (and our balloon trip company came out to pick us up without a problem). The room's decor was very tasteful & restful. The restaurant is again, a refuge from the crowds of Goreme. You have to try the manti & the chocolate soufflé. The owners & staff were really friendly & helpful.

Beautiful, authentic experience! One of the best Airbnbs. It is well located and includes all the amenities you would need. Hikmet is a thoughtful and kind host and we would visit again and highly recommend to others . Thank you Hikmet! :)
