Tataramoa has its own private entrance with large parking area, suitable for boats and trailers. Spacious conservatory, lounge, dining room, sun room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/shower & separate toilet. The garage has now been turned into a playroom for young children. We are situated in a rural area with nice views & stunning sunsets. 6-10 miles radius to a number of beautiful Cornish beaches. Local shop & PO 200 yards, Local pub 300 yards. And a 5 minute drive to Exeter/ Penryn Campus.

This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

Hayle is well served by rail and bus, including links to the airport at Newquay, with sea and air links to the Isles of Scilly from nearby Penzance.
