Here you are in nature, away from it all, without being too remote, but with a great pub, village shop, and Talisker distillery 15 mins. away. Many beautiful walks from the cottage, and the Cuillin mountains all at your doorstep.

Situated beside Camustianavaig Bay, the house enjoys a rural location, yet is only five miles from Portree. Sorry - Children over 9 only. Red Mountain Cottage is beautifully and quietly situated on the edge of Carbost village, with stunning views overlooking Loch Harport and towards the Cuillin Mountains. This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. Grants House

An original Skye Croft House, overlooking Loch Harport with views to the Cuillins. Its just a three minute drive from the village of Carbost with its “Old Inn” pub, restaurant and trad music sessions, the “Cafe Cuil” restaurant, a coffee shop, the “Talisker Distillery” with its tours and it’s off shoot “Three Chimneys at Talisker” The house is furnished with my mix of old with the modern & of course the essential log stove for chilly nights

Kilravock cottage

Lovely detached bungalow in the quiet village of Gedintailor with beautiful sea views towards the Isle of Raasay. The cottage is newly renovated with a cosy, modern feel and with a stove in the living room. The garden has a private seating area with firepit/BBQ at the front and a decked seating area at the back. Only a 1 minute walk to the shore, 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute drive to Portree.
