Welcome to Villa de Requeza! This Modern Beach Bungalow themed home is a 10 minute walk to Downtown Encinitas restaurants and shops and beautiful Moonlight Beach. Enjoy gorgeous views from the Encinitas Library and park viewpoints and visit the playground and dog park within walking distance. Fully furnished and decorated, property is enclosed on a large private retreat! One (1) dog (sorry, no cats) is ok with a $125 pet cleaning fee required- this can be paid through resolution center.

Casper Queen bed, Wifi, Smart TV with HBO and cable, microwave, frig, toaster, Kerig coffee.
