The apartment shares its main street level entrance with the flat across the hall (13D) and is all yours for the duration of your stay. Dumfries is a busy market town in the South West of Scotland surrounded by beautiful countryside with many castles and beaches. This is an excellent base for outdoor enthusiasts , close to mountain bike tracks and hill walks, it is on part of National cycle route 7 . The beaches are 25 minute drive away and only 10 minute drive to main town of Dumfries. The property is situated on bus route . There is storage for bikes . The house is next door to the owners property.

The cottage provides a great base from which to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the immediate locality.
