Historic Tower with Views of the Lake and Countryside

Take in the stunning view over Lake Trasimeno. Nestled in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside, in a protected area known for its natural scenic beauty, this tower built using reclaimed materials features a private garden, barbecue, and pergola. The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September and it is shared with other our guests. The tower is created out of the restoration of an old abandoned stable situated in the centre of a small countryside hamlet called Sanguineto. This place takes its name from the famous bloody battle of 217 BC fought between the Roman army and the Carthaginian army (led by Hannibal). Today this area is classified as one of outstanding natural beauty, where traditional farming methods are still very much in evidence, the major crops being olives and wine grapes. The property have been luxuriously finished using traditional building methods and materials combined with the latest technology. It has its own independent liquid propane gas (LPG) central-heating system, with the boiler located outside the building, as well as its own electricity. A pergola, and a private garden giving out onto the surrounding landscape, offering a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno, complete the building. The tower has two floors, one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, one bathroom, private garden, and pergola. Swimming-pool. The tower and the private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, pergola with table and chairs, reserved parking space. The pool is shared with the other guests of Borgo Sanguineto. The area of Lake Trasimeno offers the opportunity to visit many medieval villages. It is also close to several historical cities, such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, Cortona, Rome, and Florence. The tower has a private parking. is advisable to have a means of transport available to move.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This cozy studio nestled in a lemon orchard has a large panoramic terrace with a stunning view on Minori and Ravello. Thanks to the large glass doors you can enjoy the view from the inside as well: while you're lying on the comfy bed, coocking in the well equipped kitchen or after a relaxing shower. Enjoy your breakfast surrounded by nature or a romantic dinner in the nightlights. Parking, WIFI, AC, fresh linen and iron complete the offer. Late check-in (after 9 pm) available for 30 €

La struttura, antico deposito della vetusta corderia di Giovannino u funer', artigiano locale, gode di un panorama spettacolare ed unico: il golfo di Napoli, il Castello D'Avalos sulla destra con lo sfondo dell'isola di Capri e della penisola Sorrentina.

La vue sur la vallée de l'Ampugnani jusqu'à la mer est incroyable. Vous montez alors sur le toit terrasse, vous êtes en apesanteur... Le petit déjeuner est servi à l'heure de votre choix et "U Rifugiu" notre Table d'Hôtes vous reçois pour le dîner.
