Die Unterkunft war wirklich urig und entsprach genau der Beschreibung – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Anreise war ein kleines Abenteuer, aber dank der guten Beschreibung des Gastgebers war es gut machbar. Man muss allerdings mutig sein, um mit dem Auto durch die engen Gassen bis zur Haustüre zu fahren. Wir haben daher an der Kirche geparkt. Das Dorf ist super niedlich und der Gastgeber war sehr entgegenkommend, da er uns einen späteren Check-out ermöglichte – vielen Dank dafür! Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte wissen, dass die Kirchenglocken in der Nähe ziemlich gut zu hören sind. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt ganz toll und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben ein paar entspannte Tage im Haus von Sabine und Andy verbracht. Bei schönem Wetter ist der Pool und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass wir fast jeden Tag lecker gekocht haben. Das Haus und die Lage ist absolut eine Empfehlung wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Olivia è un'Host senz'altro amichevole e chi ti fa sentire a tuo agio. L'alloggio è rustico come piace a noi; è un ambiente unico soppalcato con un letto matrimoniale (in tot 4 posi letto). Il camino è collegato al riscaldamento ed in questa mezza stagione ha fatto più che comodo. Per essere perfetto lo spazio esterno dovrebbe essere recintato/chiuso in modo da poter lasciare libero il vostro 4zampe. Davanti alla cascina c'è un bel prato ove ci si può rilassare su un'amaca od un lettino all'ombra degli alberi. Unico appunto sono le oche che, se lasciate libere, possono creare qualche problema visto che è un animale aggressivo per natura. Nella zona ci sono svariati sentieri sa corti che lunghi per delle belle escursioni. Salò si raggiunge in 20/25 minuti. Infine, a piedi si possono raggiungere due ottime trattorie ove si mangia più che bene con prezzi onesti.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicola. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig erhöht und wir empfehlen ein Auto, um nach Bardolino zu gehen. Bardolino ist mit Kindern und Hund ebenfalls super. Es hat einen Hundespielplatz und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Highlight war der kleine Bummelzug.

Logement loin des foules dans une ancienne bâtisse rénové avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Marisa est là quand nous avons besoin d’elle pour répondre à nos questions. Aux alentours, possibilité d’aller nager au lac, promener dans la campagne environnante en altitude ou encore visiter Vérone. Un logement central qui, cerise sur le gâteau, accueille les chiens avec la plus grande joie.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

Stunning!!!! What an absolutely fabulous location on the edge of Lake Garda. Erika met us on our arrival and she made us feel so welcome. The property is very much her home with everything we could ever need to make our stay comfortable. The property, location, Erika and Malcesine exceeded our expectations and we are definitely returning next year with the rest of our family. A very highly recommended place to stay.

L’appartamento è molto bello, super nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort. Ponte di Legno è a circa 15 minuti di macchina. È perfetto per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia che voglia sciare a Ponte di Legno o Passo del Tonale e di avere anche i comfort di una casa vera, dove poter cucinare, mangiare o guardare un film la sera sul grande divano del soggiorno. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e in ordine al nostro arrivo. L’host è stato più che disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle tante domande che gli ho fatto, a partire da informazioni sulla casa fino a consigli su potenziali gite nei dintorni. Ciliegina sulla torta per noi: c’è un caminetto che potete accendere, procurandovi però i combustibili al supermercato, che aggiunge la giusta atmosfera al vostro soggiorno in montagna. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Appartement cosy et tres sympa Vue sur les pistes, l’appartement est petit mais fonctionnel, on s’y sent comme dans un petit cocon. Merci !

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Giada si è rivelata una persona disponibile, sempre sorridente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la stufa accesa, che con il freddino esterno, quel tepore e quell'atmosfera da baita, è stato un ottimo benvenuto. In più aveva preparato un piccolo angolo colazione con un cestino di dolcetti, vari tipi di the, oltre a due bottigliette d'acqua. Giada si è preoccupata anche delle nostre conpagne di viaggio, una gatta ed una cagnolina, predisponendo la zona cuccia vicino alla stufa completa di brandina e stuoie, oltre alla sabbietta per la lettiera. Anche l'appartamento merita una menzione, in quanto gli spazi sono ben distribuiti ed ben arredati, rivelando un gusto sobrio ma al contempo molto caratteristico e accogliente. La stufa accesa è un ottimo plus. Credo che sia evidente quanto ci siamo trovari bene. Grazie di cuore Giada. Questo è un Arrivederci a presto.

Jacques ist ein großartiger Vermieter. Er hat an alles gedacht: Von der Heizung, die an war, über Verkehrshinweise am Tag der Ankunft bis hin zu Restaurantempfehlungen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas höher gelegen und abseits der Straße-der Blick auf den See ist wunderbar. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da und sind wieder sehr zufrieden. Alles was man braucht kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Fahrrad fahren, wandern oder einfach die Seele baumeln lassen, der Ort ist absolut geeignet dafür.

We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Maurizio is trully the best host anyone can wish for! He is really helpful and kind, perfect communication, always replying really fast. Lots of recommendations of what to do and see around, even which road is better. The apartment is very clean and has an amazing view of mountains. everything is like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. Also there's a welcoming basket that was a nice gesture from Maurizio side:) The area is calm, there's not a lot people or anything to do or eat, you have to drive but its not far. But you definitely need a car to stay here. Lake Garda is about 1.20 hour away as well as Verona. There's a free parking nearby and you always find a place. We stayed at late September so it was chilly at night but we used a heater and wood stove. Only one bad thing was that there's a reconstruction outside so you cant sleep late, they start around 8am and its really loud, but thats definitely not Maurizio fault! hopefully it will end soon:)

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Kommunikation mit Guiseppe war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Die Villa war sehr sauber, ausreichend Platz und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Sara hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, unseren Aufenthalt bei ihr bestmöglich zu begleiten. Man bekommt eine sehr gute Beschreibung zur Unterkunft (mit Video) und viele Tipps und Hinweise aus der Umgebung an die Hand gegeben. Wir konnten deutlich früher als angegeben, weil niemand vor uns dort war, in die Unterkunft und mussten dafür keine Zusatzgebühr bezahlen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten wir gegen eine Zusatzgebühr von zehn Euro pro Person leihen. Die Küche verfügt über alle Utensilien, die man für einen Aufenthalt dort benötigt. Lediglich ein Korkenzieher und ein Toaster hatten uns gefehlt. Als Kaffeemaschinen findet man dort nur Maschinen von Bialetti und keine Pad-Maschinen oder Maschinen für Filterkaffee. Die Mülltrennung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil man keine Essensreste in den Restmüll werfen darf. Die Heizung mussten wir regelmäßig wieder hoch drehen, weil sie sich automatisch runter geregelt hat. Es sind Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. Danke an Moritz für die vielen guten Insidertipps für die Region und auch für die schönen Gemälde im Haus:)

Einfach perfekt – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus war makellos sauber, liebevoll vorbereitet und es war wirklich an alles gedacht – von kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten über Fahrräder bis hin zu Spielen und Malbüchern für die Kinder. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen, tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und den Check-in sogar früher möglich gemacht. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft, und der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Spielen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können Haus und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hemos pasado una semana increíble en la casa con nuestra familia!! Super recomendable para disfrutar, relajarse y hacer un montón de actividades. La comunicación con Robin fue perfecta y estuvo muy atento con nosotros. Repetiremos sin duda!!!
