The place was very nice , unfortunately the weather changed do we were not able to stay for the entire time . I host was able to give us some time in the future to come back . We will be happy to come back and stay for a future trip.

The house was very cozy, clean and close to anything you'd want to do in town. Everything was organized and cabinets and doors were marked so it was very easy to find whatever you needed. Extra toiletries in case you forgot to bring something with you. Kristie was great. Would stay again!

Everything was amazing and tailored right to our needs, beautiful bedrooms and living space.

It was a great place to stay and housed 8 of use very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier with how she has everything set up. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a get away!

This is our second stay at Gary‘s place. We look forward to many more. Comfortable, very horny feeling. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Just an overall great place to relax for a few days.

This Airbnb was perfect—clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The check-in was easy, and the host was kind and responsive. The space was beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and truly felt relaxed the entire stay. One of our best Airbnb experiences—we’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Lindsay is a great host, very responsive and friendly. The place is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos! The hot tub was the highlight for us and the view looked beautiful as well!

We stayed at this Airbnb just a few nights prior on our way to Montreal, and booked the same place on the way back. Taylor was flexible when we decided to extend our stay in Montreal and push this reservation to the next night. We remarked in the car how excited we were to get there and relax on the (very comfortable) couch and put our feet up, and sleep in the super comfy bed after a long day of travel! We were excited to visit East Coast for the first time and we extremely happy we chose to stay at The Cozy. From the moment we opened the door we knew we had found the perfect spot for us. Everything about the property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Having the cafe downstairs was a treat as it made breakfast fast and enjoyable. The apartment is very well located. Walking distance to downtown and local running/biking trails. Communication with Betty was really easy. She messaged me before my arrival and left me the keys available for me to just come in once I was there. The apartment itself is very comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed, and I'd be quite glad to stay at Betty's apartment when I come back to Fredericton.

Well first of all we had good snow this year. My girlfriend and I are snowmobilers. This is my 3rd year extended stay at Ginette's place and I absolutely love the place and look forward to returning next year. Lots of great restaurants in town. Great bagel shop walking distance. Everything needed is within close proximity. Ginette is an excellent host!!!

Great stay in Fredericton!

Lovely, spacious apartment in the heart of downtown! Easy to get around without a car. Very well appointed kitchen. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did not need to use the washer and dryer but would be wonderful for a longer stay. Photos online were a good representation of the apartment although it was even more spacious than we had expected. Would highly recommend!

I have a daughter and husband and 9 month old grandson in fred and I just needed a place to shower and rest for the night. It worked out well.
