Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The cozy cottage in the woods is on the east side of Athens and near family-friendly activities, the airport, and nightlife (8 miles to athens). You’ll love the cottage because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the views. The cottage is located on the grounds of Sweet Olive Farm Animal Rescue and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
