We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the beautiful front garden. It was so peaceful and calm—like our own little slice of paradise. It really set the tone for a relaxing and happy getaway. The house itself was super charming and gave us that classic, cozy Carmel experience we were hoping for. Every little detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. Inside, everything was spotless and so well taken care of. It felt fresh, tidy, and super comfortable. And the bed—wow! Hands down, the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. I slept like a baby every single night and woke up feeling so rested. There was a little construction going on next door, but honestly, we barely even noticed it. It was really quiet and didn’t affect our stay at all. We still felt like we had our own private, peaceful retreat. The host was so kind, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. It made our stay feel extra smooth and stress-free. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Amazing location and such a cozy home! It was a little chillier than expected in Carmel, so it was nice to be able to hang out in such a comfortable space. My only complaint was that the doors made so much noise when you open/close them. Normally, not a big deal at all, but I had my baby with me so nap/bedtime was a little tricky (lol). Still worth the stay and I would stay here again!

First off the photos don’t do this house justice. The spaces, including that wonderful balcony, are bigger than you think. We had 7 adults, a toddler & an infant and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds, linens and pillows were so comfy, the multitude of windows to let the ocean air breeze come through, along with fans in the bedrooms, were perfect. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve used in an Airbnb before. The wagon, chairs and beach towels were also so nice to have for the short one block walk to Black Beach (one of my favorites in Santa Cruz). Oh and do not let the 1 full bathroom for everyone scare you off. Having the 2 half baths made it all work and we never had an issue. My family LOVED this place and wants to come back so very much. We have spent 26 years coming to Santa Cruz almost annually and this was our best residential experience yet. Thank you to Kim and her Rental Mgr, Nancy, for taking care of us and communicating so well. This family highly recommends!

We had a wonderful time at Allen’s place. We love outdoor activities, as hiking, kayaking, playing tennis etc. Spent 6 weeks and the weather was amazing and perfect! Allen’s place has a great location and walkable to Monterey or Pacific Grove downtown, as near most of restaurants and bars! Nice and comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a cute, clean, well equipped kitchen! Would definitely love to go back for another summer!

Great place to stay with kids (even though there is a stairway, so you may have to keep an eye on that). Place is great and has the right amount of things for kids to play with (sometimes it might be too much so kids can create a mess, but it's not the case here. Def place to consider for staying again.

Great location! Nice private backyard. Beach is a quick walk, or a 1 minute drive if you want to take a car. Beautiful beach! Great neighborhood to walk around. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Great house!

The property is lovely! Although the only thing we were a bit iffy about was that the bathroom doesn’t have a door/curtain to give the shower privacy, so it was a little awkward. The place looks just like the photos. They also provided extra blankets which was appreciated.

This apartment was perfect. Everything about it was excellent. The amenities were superb, beds and linens were top notch, the kitchen well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommended! Parking was great. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. It has two matching bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. Great showers as well. Awesome place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susanne’s place. The surroundings were beautiful and it’s in a quiet location. It was around a 30 minute walk into the centre of Carmel from the property- the local beaches are stunning! Susanne’s property is just like the pictures and we had everything we needed.

I loved my stay at Pajaro Dunes. The only thing you could hear was the ocean. Easy beach access for long walks. Not crowded. Lovely space. Exactly what I needed!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

It was a dreamy experience for us. Had a really cozy experience. Jeffrey was super responsive, he got back to us even we booked after check in hours as a last minute change. He drove in shortly and let us inside. Definitely recommend for such an experience.

We loved staying at Jane's beautiful home. The place was super comfortable, spacious and clean. The ocean views from the living room were amazing. The outdoor fire pit was a great touch, and we'd often sit out there at night listening to the waves and the harbor seals resting on the beach. Jane is a great host, proactive and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It felt like home from the start, and the location was perfect, we had everything walking distance. We definitely recommend this beautiful home for a family vacation!

This is my second stay here and it is a wonderful place to stay. The location, amenities, beautiful kitchen, and assigned parking are what keeps me coming back! Barnaby was easy to reach to troubleshoot any issues. The most perfect location in Capitola, there is also a cute delicious coffee shop/bakery just steps away! Definitely stay here if you get the chance to.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. On top of that, the host was outstanding—extremely responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any needs, which made everything seamless. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

Everything was perfect! This place was like a second home which offered everything we needed and more. We felt welcomed and immediately comfortable here. Our host Jane was responsive and kind. We will definitely come back!

This place has easily become one of our favorites!!! My husband and I wanted a low key babymoon with our daughter. We chose Janiece's place. It was absolutely perfect. Easy to get to Monterey and Carmel where we wanted to explore. But we also wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle and this place checked all of those boxes. It was a quick and beautiful walk to the beach, which was never crowded. And my daughter LOVED the pool. We did not want to leave. It was clean and easy to get to and Janiece was a very attentive host. Will definitely visit again when we can.

Although our trip was a short weekend trip, Nick’s place suited all our needs and had a lot to space to accommodate our party. If we return to that area in the future, we would definitely book again. Thank you.
