We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping outside with my morning coffee to watch the ocean was truly priceless. The home had everything we needed, and being so close to the beach made our trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow! The place was é a toy like the pictures. Easy access, one block from the beach. Huge fully stocked kitchen. I loved the little details. Beach towels, beach chairs. The place was impeccable. Contact with the host was easy and fast. I’d highly recommend! And will be coming back! Thanks for having us ❤️

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

we came for a weekend trip out to big sur and monterey after a couple of hiccups, we made it safely here down from the bay and what a lovely surprise it was, from the sweet garden to the koi fish to a cozy tidy space with a kitchen equipped with every dish we took advantage of the location and watched the ocean ebb during tide and were thankful to come back to this little haven in seaside the space was stocked with all the essentials in case you forgot! thank you so much to our kind hosts: lulu, junior, and scott

Daniel's place is a super nice spot for a couple or two individuals that know each other well. Its in a very walkable area with plenty to walk to. The balcony is super nice to sit on and chill. Kitchen is fully stocked and good to go. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we had a great time. If its colder weather (it was high 50s to mid 60s) you will need to rug up inside.

Dan’s place was walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking definitely a plus! Dan is such a great host and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

We loved staying at Jane's beautiful home. The place was super comfortable, spacious and clean. The ocean views from the living room were amazing. The outdoor fire pit was a great touch, and we'd often sit out there at night listening to the waves and the harbor seals resting on the beach. Jane is a great host, proactive and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It felt like home from the start, and the location was perfect, we had everything walking distance. We definitely recommend this beautiful home for a family vacation!

Great place for a larger group - four bedrooms with actual beds, two bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, and big living room space. We enjoyed how walkable it was to downtown shops and restaurants and the ocean.

We thought this place would be great and it was better than expected. The patio area was nice and there's plenty of room for your group to hang out inside or out. The beds are very comfortable, too. This is a great place!

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

This house was great for our family of four. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outside area gave the kids a nice place to play. Our toddler especially enjoyed the Thomas train set in his room! This is a lovely area of Santa Cruz too - easy walk to the beach and Boardwalk.

Overall we had a great time. You can’t beat the location, and it accommodated my husband, toddler and myself well. Description is accurate. We had a great time, two houses away from West Cliff, pretty amazing.

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

We had a great time at Seascape. The home was right by the beach and playground, also central location to lots of places by Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home was spacious for three adults, a toddler and baby. It was also very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This is our second time at Sally's Seaside Condo. Wescrutinized different units and we came back to this one for several reasons - of course, Sally is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The key amenity is the view - we love the sunset from this unit ... April through the summer from this unit. The view is indeed the killer feature. Everything All the rest is gravy - the unit is setup very comfortable for a weekend stay, walking to restaurants across the street, walking to the beach, hot tub, etc..
