Presentamos un apartamento cerca del aeropuerto Luis Muñoz Marin SJU. Playas cercanas a 15 minutos aproximadamente: Alambique y Balneario de Carolina. Supermercado y cafeteria (5min caminando), comunidad muy tranquila para trabajo o descansar despues de un dia en la playa o hacer turismo en nuestro hermoso Puerto Rico. El viejo san juan esta a 20 munutos en auto Nuestro objetivo es crear un ambiente acogedor, que nuestros clientes se sientan que nuestro lugar y Puerto Rico también es su casa.

Greetings, I am Lizette your Host. This is a unique modern style cozy studio great for vacation purposes, completely private, fully furnished, in a safe and quiet residential Carolina neighborhood. By crossing the street you find a Mexican restaurant and a pharmacy. Very well located just minutes to the airport, beaches, Isla Verde Hotels, Restaurants, Hacienda Campo Rico, Condado, and Old San Juan. Very near to Plaza Carolina Mall, Caribbean Cinemas, local supermarkets, Carolina Bowling, etc.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Near the airport, historical places, restaurants, malls, hospitals, beaches, parks, convention centers, you will always have something to do. Additional, you will have all accommodations you have at home in a safe neighborhood. We just add a wide solar power system with 3 Tesla batteries as back up for your convenience. We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

It is a separate apartment of an antique house in a valuable historical zone. Most importantly is to enjoy your stay with utmost respect for the neighbors. No parties or loud music are allowed.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.

This is a lovely one bedroom apt on a first floor home in a residential area only 6 min from the airport and 9 min to the beach by car. It has it's own seperate entrance not shared. Your own place with a living room and bedroom. It has a tiny cozy bathroom and an area for dressing... Very close to the airport and car rental area (6min only).
